This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of the city. It's within walking distance to all the attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring. The staff at this hotel are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Despite the language barrier, they communicate effectively and provide helpful assistance. The rooms at this hotel are well-furnished and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows. The attention to detail, such as providing slippers and hairdryers, adds a nice touch. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is the included breakfast. Although served at a nearby bar, the selection is ample, and the croissants and coffee are a great way to start the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palermo. the location is superb, being very close to the city center. It was so convenient to explore the main shopping street and easily walk to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. Despite the language barrier, they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. I loved the attention to detail, especially the cold marble floors which added a touch of luxury. With breakfast included, it was great value for money.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty items. Highly recommended!

Everything is what i need and want.

We were located near the city center with various restaurant options. the room, bathrooms and balcony were clean and spacious. Breakfast was huge with a variety of options. We were able to check in late and store our luggage. Our hosts were communicative and helpful. the only inconvenience was the external bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was in the center of the city and close to many attractions. the hotel offered a fine breakfast with tasty croissants and hot coffee. Finally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

Our experience during Christmas was not ideal. The heating system was not working properly, and we were left feeling very cold in our room.

The location of Yooroom was perfect, situated right in the heart of Palermo. It was a short walk to all the attractions and there were fantastic restaurants nearby. The host were pretty good too ensure a great experience, despite the language barrier. The room was well-furnished, spacious, and had plenty of blankets and pillows for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was clean and there was a large assortment of towels provided. the availability of slippers and hairdryers was a nice touch.

One minor drawback was that the window in my room was broken and couldn't close properly, resulting in some noise from outside. Another small inconvenience was the lack of something to hold shampoo and soap in the shower.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable with great touches, and the breakfast included is a bonus.

All was fine, no improvements needed.
